Another one dug up from the archives. This was taken on a trip to Palm Springs shortly after we were married. We stayed at the Desert Star. A cute quiet place that used to be the sister motel to Hope Springs, but I think they broke up. Can sisters break up? Well, you know what I mean.

Gold Trailer
I remember the day I found this amazing gold trailer. Andrew and I met when he came to visit a friend in Los Angeles (Andrew was still living in Australia at the time). We had a whirlwind courtship that lasted 5 weeks - - we decided to get married after 2. I know, I know, totally crazy. Though anyone that knows me would tell you that I am crazy, so it makes sense. Back to the trailer. I was just starting to shoot polaroid (maybe I was about a year in) and we took a trip to Desert Hot Springs and stayed at the amazing Hope Springs (another favorite place. second place on my favorite place list in fact, behind the one and only Parker Palm Springs). We had just gotten on the road to drive back to LA all tan and giddy in love and we happened upon this little gem. We probably stayed there for half an hour just taking photos of it and wishing it was ours. So this one, this one is definitely one of my favorites.

Heaven on Earth
We were lucky enough to have one glorious day and night at The Parker with our friends Jen and Marc. Heaven on Earth. My only complaint is that it ended. Until next time, I suppose.
The shot in the middle is a house in palm springs. All of the other shots were taken at the Parker.
Thank you Heidi, Keith & Sylvia for my Parker Gift Certificates. They came in very handy.
